What do you think?

John, great job with your local videos.  Don’t be afraid of your 60D!  Having access to a variety of lens will allow more flexibility.

I agree Nozmo! I shared some great Canon DSLR lenses with John behind the scenes…..

thanks, Nozmo! I am really excited about the new camera. My Canon Vixia has been a workhorse for me but I decided to try and step it up. Rudy was able to recommend a lot of accessories, chiefly, a 11-16 mm 2.8 lens from Tokina and also a follow focus rig. I can’t wait to get started with them!

Looking forward to your new DSLR waterfront community videos John!

    Great video again, Rudy!

    My take aways:

“You have to get over people thinking your crazy.”  I love that one on so many levels.

“Wrap a blog post around it” (for SEO). Totally. I think it’s a big advantage having a blog that generates views for your videos. The blog generated views help the video rank better in the search engines so maybe that will lead to some non-blog generated views.

Really nice community videos. But doable. I like the way he’s a star of the videos too, it’s not just about the community.

      Thank you John!

Getting over other people staring at you when you film in public is tough. I’ve always just focussed on my subject and thought to myself that these folks staring were just curious, which isn’t a bad thing.

Blogging and video go hand in hand. Together, done well, should paint a good picture for the viewer.

Agree. I think that some agents are just naturals on camera. For the rest of us, we have to work at it but by not being in some of your videos, you are missing an opportunity to introduce yourself to your potential future clients.
